Father-daughter dance proves life-changing for this dad - Must Watch Video

Paul Martin faced his fears and danced at his daughter's wedding in the wheelchair he's been in for the last 17 years. He hasn't stopped dancing since.

It had been 17 years since Paul Martin had danced. His daughter’s wedding was coming up and he knew the father-daughter dance meant a lot to Brittany. But he was worried.

It’s not that he was a bad dancer. Paul used to be a great dancer. He used to dance all the time with his kids. But now Paul is in a wheelchair. And he didn’t know if he could pull off a wheelchair dance in front of so many wedding guests. “I didn’t want to look silly,” Paul said. “I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do it well.”

When Brittany Dejean was twelve years old, her father and brother were in a car accident. “My little brother was killed instantly and my dad broke his neck and became a quadriplegic,” said Brittany.
