Teen trying to feed 1M African children by end of March - Must Watch Video

Canon Kuipers is not only a junior in high school, but an up and coming actor and active church member. It was through a mission trip to Honduras that he found another calling to make a difference.

"You see teenagers and adults living in a trash dump," Kuipers says. "It’s heart-wrenching to see that stuff. So, I came back home and I was like ‘Mom, I have to do something.’"

Kuipers teamed up with ServOne International to do something huge. Together, the team at ServOne and Kuipers started Canon’s M.A.D (Make A Difference) Youth Challenge.

The challenge is to feed 1 million children in Turkana, Africa, by the end of March 2016.

"I’m going to get to that million meal goal no matter how it’s going to happen. I’m going to get there," Kuipers says.

Being a Hollywood actor on the rise, Kuipers already has more than 21,000 followers on Instagram and he uses his reach for good. Scroll through his feed and you will find dozens of photos of his work with ServOne and his call to action for all of his fans to get involved.
