5 Ways to Improve Your Eyesight Naturally - A Must Watch Video

Eyesight is the sense that you rely upon the most. Since we live in a world that requires your eyes to routinely stare at small type and images on cell phones, computer screens, and televisions, it is important that you take steps to improve your eyesight.

Exercise your eyes
When your eyes get tired and you start feeling the eye strain, but still have some work to do, use the Exercises for Eyes. Regular eye exercises can help you to improve eyesight and prevent eye diseases such as near-sightedness and farsightedness.

Feed your eyes
Carrots do, in fact, contain nutrients that can improve eyesight. They are high in beta carotene, which is made into Vitamin A when processed by the liver. Vitamin A protects the retinas and can improve night vision. Other foods that contain beta carotene are sweet potatoes, squash, and broccoli. Sources of Vitamin A include milk, eggs, cheese, and liver.

Give Your Eyes a Break
Don’t check your Facebook, watch television, or play video games immediately after getting home. Your social networking contacts and gaming buddies can wait. Relax your eyes and give your a break because you already gave them eight hours of work. Don’t abuse your eyes and resist the urge of turning on your console, laptop, or tablet at least for an hour or two after you arrive home.

Wear corrective lenses
You might need glasses to improve your vision if you have either near-sightedness or farsightedness. In both cases, corrective lenses will either counteract the increased or decreased curvature of your cornea or the length of your eye.

Adjust the lighting
Keep the room you are in softly lit. Fluorescent lighting is considered bad for eyes since they give off the wrong light frequencies of colour and emit radiation that makes you drowsy all day long.
We view things not only from different sides, but with different eyes; we have no wish to find them alike.
