Emma Kelsoe's 15 grandchildren are heartbroken at her sudden death. The 80-year-old was out walking a dog and chatting with neighbors when police say she noticed a car headed towards them down the street. Knowing her 61-year-old neighbor, Vickie McCall, was hearing impaired, Kelsoe pushed her to safety, but unfortunately, Kelso and Rondo the dog were both killed in what cops say was a hit and run incident. Surveillance video captured by a neighbor's home camera shows the car allegedly involved.
