A nine-month-old baby girl died after she was allegedly sexually assaulted by her mother's boyfriend. The Jackson County Sheriff's Office in West Virginia says it was one of the worst crimes its ever seen in the county's history. Emmaleigh Barringer was taken off life support and died 2 days after her mother found her unresponsive. Investigators say 32 year-old Benjamin Taylor, the mother's live-in boyfriend, raped and beat the child. The baby's mother is not being charged with any crime.
