Paige Milby was born without eyelids and, at 12 days old, had her eyes sewn shut for three weeks to create them. Doctors told her parents because of her condition, she wouldn't live past a year and would never be able to walk or talk. But her mom, Tamara, refused to let her daughter fall victim to the lamellar ichthyosis she suffered from.
