Complete failure because she's not married yet? - A Must Read

Dear Godly Woman Readers:

One of our fellow members is concerned about her friend - What Godly wisdom, advice or encouragement can you give for those ladies who feel like a complete failure because they are not married yet?

A Concerned Friend:

Hallo! I love this page and all the advice! Keep up the good work! Can you please advise. I have a friend she is turning 30 this year and she has never been married. She is a beautiful lady inside and out and great in her job/career. She says she feels like a complete failure despite all her other success. She said she feels like a complete failure because she's not married yet. What advise can you give? Thank you.
Concerned Friend.

Dear Concerned Friend,
Isn’t it so true? Everyone is going through something? Sometimes I feel like a complete failure and want to give up. If you’re honest, you occasionally feel that way too. Whether it’s a relationship, a job, home, family, kids, health issues, a heart issue, etc., Sometimes we just want to shove these feelings under a rug and forget about it, yeap, seems like a great solution, at least temporarily.

Well, I have realized (took me a long time) that no matter where you are in life (and I mean physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually or even geographically), or whatever is going on in your life, and no matter how hard you try, there will always, always be days when we want to just give up! So I decided what I needed to do (with God’s help, of course) was to find peace and contentment in ALL circumstances. It’s not easy, but it’s what I strive for everyday.

When I need the strength to keep going, the best place to which I know to turn is God’s Word.

Here’s one of my favorite verse of ALL times:

John 14:27 – “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

Also, I would love to encourage your friend with these other Bible verses that encourages me in other circumstances. Hope it blesses you and your friend to hold onto God's wonderful Promises.
