Bran Opperman, a 13-month-old from the Netherlands, is seeing the world in a whole new light, thanks to his brand new glasses. The child's parents took him to the doctor after Bran wasn't showing any signs of sitting or crawling on his own. Thinking it was a deeper issue, doctors tested him for neurological issues, but in the meantime, a doctor suggested his poor vision may be causing developmental delays.
