A California neighborhood was treated to an exotic visitor when a zebra was spotted in all his striped glory hanging out near the town of Murrieta. Perplexed resident Nancy Risen found herself face-to-face with the African import. There are no restrictions to owning zebras in the area, where the animal was acting like it owned the place.
