How To Get Rid of Milia at Home - Safe, Easy and Scar Free - A Must Watch Video

You know those little white spots some people get around their eyes?

It is a rash called milia that’s normally mistaken for zits or black heads. These little cysts are small and have a white or yellow coloring. As opposed to zits and blackheads, milia is hard and cannot be squeezed, due to the keratin inside them.

It’s very common in newborn babies, but it can affect people of all ages.

Normally these cysts are concentrated around the eyes, on the eyelids and cheeks, but they can appear anywhere on your body.

The problem is that this rash could affect a person’s self-esteem, because these small cysts aren’t pleasant to look at.

Some people pay to have complicated and very expensive surgeries to remove them.

In this video we’ll talk about some completely natural recipes that will help remove and prevent these cysts from appearing on your face.

1. Honey

Because it’s full of nutrients that are beneficial to our skin, honey is a great alternative.

It helps hydrate and nourish your skin, as well as clearing up the rash.

All you have to do is put some on the affected area several times a day.

2. Tea tree essential oil

This ingredient contains natural properties that can help to deep clean your skin.

Apply the tea tree oil on the affected area, every night, before you go to bed.

The next day, wash the area as normal.

Tea tree oil should always be diluted with a carrier oil like coconut oil (1:1 ratio). Before the application, do a skin patch test especially if you have sensitive skin.

3. Warm towels

Place a warm towel, several times a day, on the white bumps around your eyes.

The bumps will slowly disappear.

4. Cornstarch and apple cider vinegar

Make a paste with these two ingredients and let it sit on the affected area for 30 minutes.

Once you’ve done that, wash the area with soap and water.

The rash will disappear within a few days.

5. Sugar, Olive oil, and lemon

This is probably one of the best recipes to get rid of milia.

Juice one lemon, and mix it with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a little bit of olive oil.

Once this is done, apply the natural remedy for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off.

This treatment should be done once a day and always at night.

On the next day you should avoid exposure to the sun.
