Best Poem in the World - Heaven's Door - A MUST WATCH VIDEO

I was shocked, confused, bewildered
As I entered Heaven's door,
Not by the beauty of it all,
Nor the lights or its decor.

But it was the folks in Heaven
Who made me sputter and gasp--
The thieves, the liars, the sinners,
The alcoholics and the trash.

There stood the kid from seventh grade
Who swiped my lunch money twice.
Next to him was my old neighbor
Who never said anything nice.

Bob, who I always thought
Was rotting away in hell,
Was sitting pretty on cloud nine,
Looking incredibly well.

I nudged Jesus, 'What's the deal?
I would love to hear Your take.
How'd all these sinners get up here?
God must've made a mistake.

'And why is everyone so quiet,
So somber - give me a clue.'
'Hush, child,' He said,
'they're all in shock.
No one thought they'd be seeing you.'

JUDGE NOT!!

Remember...Just going to church doesn't make you a
Christian any more than standing in your garage makes you a car.

Every saint has a PAST...
Every sinner has a FUTURE!
Now it's your turn... Share this poem.

God bless.

  2. The poem is misleading by making the truth very simplistic.Jesus came for the sinners to make them saints. Only sinners who repented of their sins while still alive and lived the life of righteousness by trusting Christ's righteousness will enter the kingdom of God. Nothing impure shall enter God's kingdom is what the bible declares. When you are saved, your sins are forgiven, you are no longer a sinner but a saint. Your neighbor who didn't know what has happened to you may still call you a sinner, but to God, you are a saint. Heaven's door is opened to you if you repent of your sins and make Jesus Christ the Lord of your life. This is the teaching of the bible.

  3. Heaven is not for sinners, but those whose sins have been forgiven since they obeyed the bible by repenting of their sins, forsaking of same and live a life that glorifies Jesus.
