Mom Praises Store Employee for Helping Son with Down Syndrome and Autism - Must Watch Video


A Tennessee mom is singing the praises of an Apple Store employee who made a huge impact on her autistic son with a simple act of understanding and kindness. LynnMarie Rink told INSIDE EDITION that her son James, who has Down syndrome and at age six was diagnosed with autism, needed an iPad to communicate and was granted one by a local charity. At the store, James ran straight into the wall but one store employee, Andrew, came to comfort him and helped them set up the iPad while on the ground.
