Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God
Today's Scripture
“Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.” – Ephesians 4:30
Thoughts for Today
Ephesians 4:30 - tells us that we must not grieve the Spirit.
Many a times we grieve the Spirit by living like the pagans( Ephesians 4:17-19)
Let us get rid off from all these sinful acts by the help of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus promised us “ the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things… “ - John 14:26 .
The Holy Spirit will give us the wisdom and understanding. ” the Holy spirit will guide you into all truth.” - John 16:13.
Even when we cannot express ourselves in our prayers, the Holy Spirit will helps us in making our requests before God.
Galatians 5:25 says, "If we live by the Spirit, then let us also walk by the Spirit." Let us accept from our heart that we cannot please God without the guidance of Holy Spirit.
What a privilege we received to become the children of God (John 1:12). 2 Peter 1:3 - says “His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us to His own glory and excellence, “
What a precious God we are serve!
Therefore, let us fix our eyes on Jesus and walk in the light of God, Obey the word of God and not grieve the Holy Spirit by refusing to follow His guidance.
Prayer: Our Loving Heavenly Father,
Thank you for giving Your Holy Spirit to teach us and to guide us into all truth. Lord, help us to get rid off from all the sinful acts from our lives by the help of the Holy Spirit . Thank You for hearing our prayer. In Jesus Loving Name I Pray,
Amen."

- By Lying to each other -(Ephesians 4:25)
- Being angry - (Ephesians 4:26-27)
- By stealing - ( Ephesians 4:28)
- Involving in corrupt communication -( Ephesians 4:29)
- Keeping bitterness - (Ephesians 4:31)
- Not Forgiving one another -(Ephesians 4:32)
- By sexually immorality (Ephesians 5:3-5).
Let us get rid off from all these sinful acts by the help of the Holy Spirit.
