Walmart employee, 18-year-old Phil Powell generously gave his sneakers to a homeless man, leaving him walking the store in only his pink socks. Once homeless himself, Phil has a soft spot for helping others in need. The shoes he gave away were pink in honor of his grandmother battling cancer. The manager of the store rewarded Phil for his good deed by offering him a free pair of sneakers from the store. But Instead of picking out expensive kicks, Phil picked a $13 pair of slippers.
