Three years after posing for a photo that touched hearts across the world, these three little cancer survivors from Oklahoma want the world to know just how far they've come. This year, the trio met up for another photo shoot and to share the news they're cancer free! Rheann Franklin, now 9, Ainsley Peters, 7, and 6-year-old Rylie Hughey first posed side-by-side in the powerful image three years ago, and have reunited every year since. The girls and their families stay in touch between shoots.
