"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." - Psalm 147:3
There are moments in my life when I just want to throw in the towel and give up. On what? anything that’s overwhelming me at that moment. We’ve all felt pretty drained and alone one time or another. And it makes us feel spent. In times like these, especially in times like these, I encourage you to turn to your Bible for guidance. I’ve compiled a 7 verses that encourage me, and thought you guys could benefit from them too :)
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" - Matthew 11:28
"When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." - Psalm 34:17-19
"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved." - Psalm 55:22
"But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." - Jeremiah 29:11

Dear God,
Thank you for today.
It is a wonderful day but
I cannot seem to enjoy.
The feelings of discouragement
is looming on my shoulders.
The sad ache in my heart
does not seem to go away.
The hurt of not being wanted around is agonizing.
I pray Lord, please heal my Brokeness and
assist me to your will. I am sorry for any hurt
that I have caused, I am willing to change.
Redeem me. Thank you for listening to my cry.
