I feared that I would never be good enough to be accepted by others. I was constantly burdened by the question of, "Am I good enough?" I wanted to be seen as a good moral Christian, because I wanted to be well thought of. But Christ set me free from that bondage. My sin was deep, but his love went deeper. On the cross Jesus not only showed me I was loved, he made me loved. I'm not good enough, but Christ is good enough, that shapes who I am. Now my identity is in Christ.
