While driving down Cabbage Hill outside of Pendleton, Oregon, Chad Anderson spotted this fawn stuck in a boulder catch fence off the highway, who had fallen down a tall cliff and got stuck in the retaining wall. Chad immediately went to work and managed to free the baby deer. He was able to turn it over to a Fish and Wildlife officer afterwards where he is now recovering.
