Don't you wish you got this excited over being knee-deep in snow? This 13-year-old miniature horse named Hal can't get enough. He lives in Portland, Oregon with his owner Katie who says he absolutely loves the snow and reacts this way every time, running in circles around their yard letting the powder cover his chestnut brown colored coat. Even after Katie gets tired of chasing him around and goes inside to warm up, she says she still sees Hal going for hours.
