Nearly two dozen adorable baby pandas were introduced to the public in China and people can't get enough. The twenty-three cuties slept through their big moment at the Shengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding as tourists took pictures. Experts say the panda baby boom is due to better breeding technology. With four more baby pandas coming from overseas, the total number of cubs born has doubled the births from last year. Giant pandas were recently changed from "endangered" to "vulnerable."
