Following the shocking tragedy of a young woman falling to her death inside the World Trade Center Oculus over the weekend, there are security measures which passengers can use to stay safe. Jenny Santos, 29, was riding the escalator with her twin sister at 5:30 a.m. Saturday as they were on their way home to New Jersey after a night on the town. Surveillance video reportedly shows Jenny climbing on to the railing and spreading her arms out like she was flying.
