This police officer and 10-year-old girl bonded over grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup for lunch. It was the first time the pair had met after 5th grader, Lena Draper, asked Lieutenant B.J. Gruber for help with her homework. Lena sent the Marion, Ohio police department Facebook page a message asking for help with multiplication. Lt. Gruber responded to one question with the right answer but got the second answer wrong. Their interaction has impressed many in the community and across the country.
