An Ohio man is believed to be the first quadriplegic person in the world to have arm and hand movements restored. Eight years ago a bicycling accident left Bill Kochevar paralyzed from the shoulders down. He's hoping to regain as much movement as he can by taking part in a clinical trial at Case Western Reserve University where researchers say Bill is breaking ground.
