Did The National Weather Service conceal the fact that Tuesday's storm was not going to be as bad as everyone feared in some parts of the country? Officials were reportedly aware that the snowstorm in New York City would dump much less than the two feet they had predicted. But they apparently kept it to themselves. "National Weather Service offices decided it was best to remain on the high side of the forecast snowfall," an NWS spokesman told Inside Edition.
