The poor otter was found struggling to get out of a canal near Phoenix, Ariz. Utility workers saw the animal in distress and brought it to a wildlife center to give it proper care. The 4-week-old was hungry indeed and ready to play, which is quite the opposite environment of a canal. Once the otter was in better shape, it was taken to a wildlife park to have some better days ahead.
