A 9-year-old boy's quick thinking may have saved a 3-year-old boy from drowning in a pool. Colbi Heard says he noticed the child underwater for too long, so he pulled the boy up above the water and dragged him to the nearest adult. Colbi's mom, who is a nurse, heard the boy's mother scream for help and rushed right over to administer CPR. Severia Heard says she worked on the boy until the ambulance arrived.
